Shane has established a business atmosphere of thinking outside the box and moving away from real estate trends. Shane monitors the brokerage’s time/success ratio in responding to clients; OLH agents answer 100% of calls or respond by end of day. He also improvises in the amount of production that is generated via the company’s social media sites.
